Sometimes the index links do not function or test questions do no show up correctly

Temporary internet files may keep corrupt data and pass it along to the display instead of getting new data from the server.

Solution:

In Internet Explorer 7

1. Open Tools>Internet Options
2. In the Browsing history section click Settings
3. Select Every Time I visit the web page
4. Click OK
5. Next to the Settings button, click Delete
6. Click Delete Files
7. Click Yes to confirm deletion
8. Click Delete cookies
9. Click Yes to confirm deletion
10. Click Close
11. Click the Security tab
12. Click Internet
13. Click Default Level (if default is not available move on to step 14)
14. Click the Privacy tab
15. Click Default (if default is not available move on to step 16)
16. Click OK
17. Close all Internet Explorer windows
18. Open Internet Explorer and try the training again

In Internet Explorer 6

1. Open Tools>Internet Options
2. On the General tab there is a Temporary Internet Files section
3. Select the Settings button
4. Change the setting to Every visit to the page
5. Click OK to save the setting and return to the Internet Options window
6. Click Delete Cookies
7. Click OK
8. Click Delete Files
9. Put a check in the Delete All Offline Content box
10. Click OK
11. Click the Security tab
12. Click Internet
13. Click Default Level (if default is not available move on to step 14)
14. Click the Privacy tab
15. Click Default (if default is not available move on to step 16)
16. Click OK
17. Close all Internet Explorer windows
18. Open Internet Explorer and try the training again
