When running the Certcams, the audio works but the videos do not.

Detailed Information:

The Certcams come on Osborne CD’s that are put out by that manufacturer with some of our demos.

The Certcams are all AVI files that require the Tech Smith Codecs.

You will find the Codec on your disc.

Solution:

1. Double Click on My Computer
2. Right click on the CD-Rom drive
3. Click on Open or Explore
4. Double Click on the Programs Folder
5. Double Click on the Certcams Folder
6. Double Click tscc.exe to run the installer
7. Verify this has resolved the issue
