Need to return a product? It's easy, just follow these simple steps.

1. Call us:
You must call 1.800.865.0165 for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Products returned without this number will be sent back.

2. Pack it:
All returned products must be in new condition and in their original packaging. LearnKey reserves the right to refuse damaged or incomplete returns.

3. Send it:
All returned products must be sent pre-paid (No CODs) and traceable. Shipping and handling charges are the sole responsibility of the sender.

4. Complete the form:
Complete this FORM and return it with your product:
Fill it out, print it, and send it with your return.

5. Mark the box:
Print the RMA number on the outside of your box to avoid refusal.

Any product returned without an RMA number or received more than 30 days after LearnKey's original invoice date will not be processed for return, and will be shipped back to you.
